There are 2 ski lifts and a ski bus stop opposite the apartment house.The ski bus is free for skiers. You can use there ski room, room for bycicles and also launderette. In front of this house there are enought parking spaces for all owners for free.

Maria Alm Area

The mountain villages Hintermoos, Hinterthal and Maria Alm offer impressive views of the magnificent mountain rangers Steinernes Meer and the mighty Hochkönig. The skiing region stretches across Maria Alm, Aberg, Hintermoos, Hinterthal as far as Dienten and Mühlbach am Hochkönig.

Summer

The area is a nice base for summer holidays. You can visit Outdoor Pool and Fitness Centre, you can try mountain biking, 18 hole Golf Course, windsurfing and sailing (in Zell am See) and trekking.

Winter

Maria Alm is a wonderful ski area, with it's neighbour Hinterthal and other villages of Dienten and Mühlbach – you can use the same lift pass for all of them. There are 36 lifts and 150 km of slopes. You can go to other ski centres , which are also near such as Leogang, Saalbach-Hinterglem, Zell am See or glacier Kitzsteinhorn.

For the cross country skier there are about 30 km of marked trails. The non-skiers can try winter walks, sleigh rides or ice skating.
